I work as a logistics manager and recently heard on the radio that Motive has already gone public. I wanted to find the share price, but couldn’t find it. Maybe someone knows a reliable source of news where I can read about this in detail? And can someone explain to me in simple terms what is unique about their solution?

Maybe you misheard? As far as I understand, the company is only preparing for this and has signed an agreement with JP Morgan, which will manage the public offering, i.e., this is the Motive pre IPO stage. I read about this in the gettransport blog https://blog.gettransport.com/news/motive-technologies-ipo-logistics-implications/ . I recently moved offices, and the transport company I found here helped me with the move. As far as I understand, Motive’s solution will optimize routes, plan vehicle maintenance, and monitor driver safety on the road, but to understand better, you should read the article.
