Taxi or bus for traveling around Sardinia?

Folks, how are the transportation and road quality in Sardinia? I’m just wondering if I should order a taxi to get around the city or if a bus will be enough for me. Anyone who has been to Sardinia recently, what advice can you give me?

Hi, overall it’s not bad, but be aware that in summer the buses are crowded with tourists as many people want to save money by minimizing their travel expenses. I did the same thing as a student by the way. But now, when I arrive in Sardinia, I know that a GetTransfer https://gettransfer.com/en/directions/italy/sardinia driver is waiting for me at the exit from the airport Olbia-Costa Smeralda and from the very beginning I understand that my vacation will be very comfortable. In my opinion, a vacation should start only with positive emotions if I want them to accompany me during the whole stay.
